In the weekly Qi Gong classes we are exploring various aspects of energy practice that facilitate personal development and spiritual.
These include:
- Warm-up, stretching and alignment of the
body - Exercises to learn to perceive and move the
Energy - Exploration and charging of energy centers
- Emotional labor and character cultivation
- Manifestation and vision work
- Connection with the forces of nature and with the Higher Self
- And much more…
The exercises are simple and accompanied by guided meditation.
The focus is not on learning complex Qi Gong sequences, but on deepen the real experience of energetic practice.
The vision of this practice is based on the Taoist spiritual tradition, but at the same time includes visions of other spiritual currents from different parts of the world, thus making it an inclusive and non-dogmatic practice.
The practice is shared in a restricted group of practitioners with a sincere and close atmosphere.
At the end of the session, the space is opened to share experiences, ask questions about the practice and personal reflections to enrich each other and stimulate reflection.
