We are very happy to announce that this year we are returning to Lake Maggiore for a new retreat dedicated to Tai Chi Chuan.

As always, we will have group practice sessions, theoretical classes, sharing circles, lake excursions, and above all, many unforgettable moments of connection with yourself and the Spirit Arts family.
Of course, Alessia’s delicious cuisine will be there—the real reason we gather every year.

From October 19 to 24, spend 6 days with masters Giulio Saltelli and Kiery Verbooy, who will guide you in the practice of Qi Gong, an ancient discipline to harmonize body and mind. During the retreat, you will learn effective exercises to optimize the flow of vital energy in the body, improving health and well-being. Giulio and Kiery will share their decades of experience, helping you master movements and meditation techniques for complete inner balance.
The retreat will take place at Das Sieben, an exclusive resort nestled in the natural beauty of the Austrian Alps. Here, in addition to practicing Qi Gong, you can relax in a tranquil and refined environment surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The program includes 6 days of intensive practice, with 3 hours of Qi Gong daily, meditation, lectures, and much more.
