Group Classes
Every Wednesday from 18:00 to 19:15, we meet on Google Meet for a weekly practice session. Join the Spirit Arts Academy student group to deepen your knowledge of the energy world in a positive and familiar environment.
The session includes approximately fifty minutes of Qi Gong and twenty minutes of discussion where you can ask questions about the practice, share personal experiences, and participate in group dialogue.
All participants are included in a WhatsApp group where we will share the link to access the session and the recording of the classes so that you can review them whenever you want.
The goal of these meetings is to build an environment that fosters the exchange of ideas and personal growth. Group practice creates a collective energy field that serves as support for all participants, giving you strength and stability.

Private Classes
In these sessions, Giulio will teach you in a personalized way to accelerate both your progress in energy work practice and in your personal growth.
This includes coaching regarding all areas of life, including: health, relationships, sexuality, sleep/dreams, work, nutrition, with the aim of manifesting a more aligned life that allows greater expression of your true potential.
These sessions are available in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Instructor Training
This course is dedicated to students who wish to obtain professional training as Qi Gong instructors.
It is a nine-month program designed to deepen the practice of Qi Gong and develop the essential skills to take on the role of teacher.
This course requires a high level of dedication from students who will need to undertake a daily practice journey, perform both written and video exercises, and pass the final course assessment.
The 2024 course starts on February 10th and will take place for the first six months every Saturday morning at 10:30. The last three months will be entirely of individual counseling at times to be agreed upon with Giulio.
